As ISV Development Center de Microsoft we are pleased to announce the availability of new online trainings aimed at the Microsoft Partner channel in February.

Our department of Enterprise Solutions presents four workshops about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. With this training you will learn about the basic fundamentals of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. With this new tool you will be able to help your clients through the implementation of this product to achieve a 360º view of their clients in real time.

Customer Insights training of 20 hours

This five days training by Innova Advanced Consulting helps to get to know what is Customer Insights. Through this practical course we will see all the areas of Customers Insights such as provision, infrastructure, data connection, customer cards, relationships, segments, and implementation with Microsoft applications (D365 Marketing, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
