Docuten is an European digital signature whose main objective is the automation of all document’s cycle.
It was born in 2009, created by Brais Méndez and Ángel Aparicio (its CEO and product manager) after attending to a process digitalization event. Under the name of “Enxendra”, in 2010 they created their own product called “HazteUnaFacturaE”, devoted to digital signature. That year, they built two headquarters both in Madrid and A Coruña. In 2013, “Signedoc” is developed also focusing the digital signature.
In 2018, these solutions merged to become Docuten, the first digital signature platform. After acquiring “Besepa”, a recurring payments platform, the automatization of a company’s document using Docuten became a reality.
Nowadays, Docuten has three headquarters located in A Coruña, Madrid and London, 24 employees and a huge client portfolio, including several companies from IBEX35, MAB and “Mercado Continuo”.

Solutions for Microsoft's ERPs
Now Docuten goes one step further with “Docuten eSign”, the official application that allows users of Microsoft’s ERPs ( Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance, AX y Navision) to send and receive PDF documents for its digital signature through Docuten’s platform. It is ideal to work both with direct clients and the public administration that request their own invoices to be digitally signed.
The solution is completely integrated with these ERPs and it has AppSource’s certification, which guarantees that it accomplishes the strictest quality standards from Microsoft.
Docuten complies with the European digital signature regulation (No. 910 / 2014) also known as eIDAS, as well as other international legislations and offers the possibility to digitally signed a PDF document through different options: OTP signature, biometric signature and cloud-based digital signature.
