Docuten eSign is the official application that allows Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users to send and receive PDF documents for its digital signature through Docuten’s platform.

As a user, you will be able to create PDF files from any Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central report, or you can also use the Drag & Drop functionality to connect these documents to any System’s entity (for instance a client, supplier or items) and afterwards, send them for its digital signature through Docuten’s online platform. Docuten eSign will help you to send and control all the signature process, as well as to download the files that are already signed.

Docuten eSign ensures the creation and storage of all your PDF documents from Dynamics 365 Business Central. Docuten Esign configuration

When the solution is installed in Dynamics 365 Business Central for the first time, the user has to manually complete a configuration through the installation wizard. Within this wizard, the user is able to configurate the several sections of the application: Innova Online configuration (referring to Innova Online website), Docuten eSign configuration (referring to Docuten’s platform) and serial numbers.

The installation of the solution generates a role center called “Docuten eSign” in order to accelerate the accesses to various documents and actions.
