Electronic Invoice for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

The eIfD (“electronic Invoice for Dynamics”) is a solution specifically designed for creating invoices in electronic format, which means XML or PDF digitally signed. It represents a perfect solution adaptable to different contexts, from the public administration until the direct client, who may request his invoice to be digitally signed.

The add-on of eFactura is completely integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Furthermore, our solution is recognized by the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 certification, which guarantees its compliance to the strict quality standards set by Microsoft.

XMLModule y PDFModule Digitally Signed

The eIfD is available for generating invoices in XML electronic format   digitally signed and in PDF format digitally signed. Both modules can be obtained together or separately.

Compatibility with FACE and other platforms

The invoices in XML format come already prepared for being suitable to the eletronic platforms of FACe, GeFactura y VALIDe and to be sent to the Administration without any problema.

Issuing and receiving of the invoices in XML format

In addition to invoice issuing, our solution incorporates also a XML Invoices receiving module .

eIfD (electronic Invoice for Dynamics) is an official add-on for Microsoft Dynamics that allows users to issue and receive electronic invoices, digitally signed through accepted digital certificates, by electronic and telematic ways.

Functional packages available:

  • Module 1 – Issuance/Reception of Electronic Invoices based on the XML Facturae* Format [3.1 – 3.2 – 3.2.1], digitally signed.
  • Module 2 – Issuance of Electronic Invoices based on the PDF format, digitally signed.

These functional packages can be acquired separately or together.

The functionality provided by the eIfD Add-On for Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows users to release the generation of digitally signed electronic invoices based on the XML Facturae format, as it is defined by the Spanish Tributary Agency, as well as in PDF format, being this one digitally signed too.


Electronic invoices can be:

  • Generated in XML Facturae format or PDF format with, or without, digital signature.
  • Generated in XML Facturae format or PDF format using batch processes located in the “Periodic activities” menu entry.
  • Sent by email to a receiver using a customized email message (or a general message if it could be easier for the user).
  • Stored in the configured repository for electronic invoice generated files.
  • Received in XML Facturae format and quickly included into Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Digitally signed using one or more digital certificates.
  • Signed and sent by email directly from Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Versions & Roadmap


Our solution eIfD for Dynamics NAV follows the Statement of Direction for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV which defines the Product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

We will release the objects of our solution up to 3 months after the release of the last NAV version delivered by Microsoft Dynamics

It means that you always can install our eIfD solution upgraded for the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

From Microsoft Dynamics NAV 3.70 to Microsoft Dynamics 2016, all versions are supported, with an additional adaptation service for previous  versions to  NAV 2009 R2.

We always maintain the last version released of the product, as well as the last version released for the last NAV version.
